Every visit starts with a flat $99.99 service fee, which covers labour, travel, testing, and cleanup — there are no hidden call-out charges. If you only need an inspection or troubleshooting, the $99.99 fee covers that on its own — no products required.
How quickly can you schedule a visit?

What can I expect during a visit?
Richard installs or services your alarms to BC Fire Code, tests every unit in your home before he leaves, cleans up any debris, and backs the work with a 30-day satisfaction warranty.
What type of alarms do you install?
We install premium Kidde combination smoke and carbon monoxide alarms with 10-year sealed batteries. We don't use off-brand substitutes.
Do you service commercial fire alarm systems?
No. Our work is limited to residential smoke and carbon monoxide alarms for single-family homes, condos, and rental suites. Commercial fire alarm panels, pull stations, and monitored fire alarm systems require a licensed fire alarm contractor.
Do you work with strata councils or rental portfolios?
Yes. We provide bulk alarm replacements and BC Fire Code compliance documentation for strata councils, landlords, and property managers — visit our strata & landlord compliance page for details.
What happens if a suite can't be accessed during a multi-unit inspection?
If a suite is unavailable during a scheduled inspection — for example, no one is home — it will need to be added to a future scheduled visit rather than a separate return trip.
